The Embers are a blues rock band known locally around North East England for their unique blend of gritty blues themes and melodic riffs inspired by classic rock. Formed in February 2024 in the small town of Peterlee, County Durham, The Embers bring a modern twist to the classic blues sound, hoping to revive the somewhat forgotten genre while integrating more modern-day techniques and themes. With soulful guitar work, passionate and raw vocals, and a rich rhythm section, The Embers aim to bring back the genre of blues rock, and bring more attention to the beauty and complexity of the blues.
