The Fake Superstars

These dutch cult-hero’s make punk-rock-grunge like no real superstar.
There music is surprisingly honest while the fake away like superstars.

Two guitarist started out inventing songs. Later they where completed with a bassist and drummer. Who also came with some real(fake) nice rock-tunes. They started there journey to the fake top of “The hall of fake”.

Their anthem song “Just Another Fake Superstar” is responsible for their band-name.
Everybody wants to be fames, they all act the rockstar-attitude. The Fake Superstars are no different, except that they are admitting that they are faking it. They really are faking it till their making it.

Noem de muziek van de Fake Superstars Rock, Punkrock, Nederrock of Randstad Boerenrock.

Invloeden van The Scene, De Trökner Kecks en de Heideroosjes zijn de inspiratie bronnen van de Fakers, maar ook Normaal met hun trots op lokale roots.

De Culthelden-band is ontstaan door twee vrienden die op de gitaar muziek bedachten, meestal Nederlandstalig soms Engels. Later uitgebreid met twee vrienden, die ook hun zelf gemaakte muziek meebrachten. De bandnaam is ontstaan uit een geschreven lied met de titel, "Just Another Fake Superstar". De mannen halen regelmatig de media via het fake nieuws.
