Getting together in 2001, The Fatal Mistake combine the pop-punk melodies of Alkaline Trio and The Movielife with the raw DIY sound of 4ft Fingers and the much missed P-Rock playlist. After releasing debut album 'Die Trying' in 2004, the band received positive press from Kerrang, Rock Sound, Punktastic and Big Cheese and supported many of the scene's favourite bands in legendary UK venues such as the Astoria and Wulfrun Hall. They were also selected by Kerrang to take part in the 2003 K-Fest Club Tour alongside Danko Jones, Electric Eel Shock, The Suffrajets and Apartment 26. The growing reputation wasn't limited to the shores of the UK. With the help of a thriving fan base down under, Die Trying was released by Modern Music/SonyBMG in Australia in 2005.
Several years in the making, The Fatal Mistake have returned with new album 'Find Your Way Back', released in May 2018.
