1994, in deepest Oxfordshire, a chance meeting in the pub of ex members of ska band “The Skarabs” sparks ideas for a new BritPop sound. Frantic gigging soon follows at local music venues inc Oxford:Jericho Tavern, Cape Of Good Hope, High Wycombe: Nags Head, Roundabout & White Horse building up a vibrant & loyal following.
Feat, Tim Field Vocals & Rhythm Guitar, Pete Lewis Lead Guitar, brother Dave Lewis Bass & Simon Cater Drums.
Now after all these years , 13 original BritPop songs in all their glory, to reminisce the “best days of your life”.
All songs by Tim Field, Business Girls lyrics adapted from a poem by John Betjeman. “Brain”, a cover of a song by 60s Mod band “The Action”.
