Making music through his mouth since 2009, Amit 'The Fool' Kashyap ranked Top 3 in Singapore's National Beatbox Championship in 2016. He has been awarded the certificate for being Singapore's 'Best Musicality Beatboxer' by SingaBeatbox and Swissbeatbox in the same year.
Apart from performing solo, he collaborates with overseas artists such as Matthew 'The Raprof' Bloomfield, local dance groups, bands and had been performing with his a cappella group where he even performed for Singapore's former President, Mr. Tony Tan at the Istana.
After performing and competing for several years, Amit moved forward to organise events such as battles and workshops with SingaBeatbox and the Beatbox Association of Singapore.
Today, Amit provides private coaching for beatboxers while working with global organisations like Swissbeatbox to create and grow a sustainable and effective education system for the art of beatbox & a cappella.
