The Hauser Project is a six-piece hip-hop/lo-fi/jazz-hop project based in the UK. With writers, rappers and producers from different musical backgrounds, THP create a unique sound of jazzy hip-hop; blending together inspirations from around the world. THP was founded by current members ImyK and KRIOS. Having been part of a now-defunct musical duo called Core//Mute and briefly working under the moniker of Digital Maestro, ImyK set out with KRIOS to set up a new hip-hop group, utilising musicians from all over the world. To this end, THP was initially set up as a collaboration of 11 different artists across seven different countries, including writers, rappers, producers and live session musicians. By 2014, however, this was reduced to six members, all now based in England, UK.
They are ImyK, KRIOS, Alaric and Seht Bolivar, with additional support from session DJ, DJ TM The Vibemaker, and drummer ANThem.
