The Heartland Roots Band are a multi-award-winning country-rock and Americana group from Leicestershire, England. The band’s sound blends soulful harmonies, rootsy storytelling, and an unmistakably British take on modern country music. Since forming in 2006, they’ve grown from the small stages of their home city to becoming one of the UK’s most respected and enduring touring country acts.

Winners of five consecutive UK Country Music Association (UKCMA) Group of the Year awards, The Heartland Roots Band have earned a reputation for powerful live performances and emotionally charged songwriting. Their independently released album Something Better (2022) captured the spirit of resilience through lockdowns and personal challenges, reaching No. 4 on the UK Country Album Chart and winning Album of the Year at the 2023 UKCMAs.

Now signed to their own label, True Authentic, the band continues to break new ground with their latest album Starcrossed — a record that explores fate, love, and the human connections that bind us. With a lineup featuring founding members Adie and Anna Causier alongside longtime bandmate and powerhouse lead vocalist Samantha Hobson. Paul Harkins, Lee Allen, and Steve Ward, respectively, provide the drums, lead guitar and bass. The Heartland Roots Band delivers a blend of gritty authenticity, emotional lyricism and British storytelling charm that resonates with fans of both classic and contemporary country.
