The Hornets

<a href="spotify:artist:5JShdg4GOmLzKfUluPsQBI" data-name="The Hornets">The Hornets</a> is an Italian band formed in 2016 led by brothers Steve and Medusa. After releasing a series of singles and performing in the underground scene, they solidified a sound that blends energy, glam melody, and authentic garage rock, evoking an era when music was crafted with real instruments and passion.

The band&#39;s style draws influences from groups such as <a href="spotify:artist:6biWAmrHyiMkX49LkycGqQ" data-name="Thin Lizzy">Thin Lizzy</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:22bE4uQ6baNwSHPVcDxLCe" data-name="The Rolling Stones">The Rolling Stones</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:0WhGV9lzljq2QKJ8ipw6jx" data-name="New York Dolls">New York Dolls</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:7Ey4PD4MYsKc5I2dolUwbH" data-name="Aerosmith">Aerosmith</a>, and <a href="spotify:artist:1lsXuaLnHnfL7GoJXKkUtH" data-name="The Hellacopters">The Hellacopters</a>. Between 2021 and 2023, they performed over 70 concerts, including shows in Italy and a European tour through the Czech Republic, Germany, and Austria.

In January 2025, their album &#34;Another Place to Stay&#34; was released, inspired by the band’s personal experiences and lived contexts. The new sound, less polished but more direct, merges Classic Rock and Country Rock while remaining true to their garage rock roots.
