The Mighty Lion Cartel is an Australian rock band and criminal organization that emerged from the outskirts of Darwin, in 2017.
Late 2003, in Alice Springs (AUS), a young boy, today known as “The Lion”, saw his parents murdered by the hands of a ferocious gang. After years of hardship in the streets of this town situated in the middle of the Australian desert, he found a job on a construction site where his incredible charisma and leadership started showing.
Soon, he managed to rally the workers into a rebellion against the local gang and got them to perpetrate a substantial number of attacks against the oppressor. During his revolution, The Lion met Joe “The Boogeyman” Wood, a former cage fighter turned hitman, whom he hired to get rid of the remaining competition and take full control of the city.
Following the insurgency, words on the street of a man called Robby Corleone, a drug lord on the rise in the desert, led him to Chilla Well (AUS) to partner up with the man.
A year later, extending his operations further up the country, The Lion met Conor “Eagle” O’Reilly, a smuggler formerly with the Irish mafia, and Scott “The Adviser” Raccoon, a British aristocrat behind the deep corruption in Darwin. The perfect duo to complete the creation of his very own criminal institution.
Together they constitute a powerful Cartel and a bluesy, vintage rock formation spreading chaos all over the darkest alleys of the world.
