The Migraine Aura is a nightmare pop syndicate from Tacoma, WA founded by A.J. Dudick in 2020. Dudick is the primary composer and lyricist. In 2023, Dudick took over full time lead vocal duty, whereas before he employed friends and session vocalists from around the world. The Migraine Aura's music has been described as "My Bloody Valentine meets Jawbreaker" and "The evil Cocteau Twins." In 2021, The Migraine Aura's music was used in director Donovan Wilson's debut short film 'Aidan'. "Your House" was also chosen as one of the best songs of 2020 by South American music blog Electrowow. The Migraine Aura's music is also in frequent rotation on worldwide internet shoegaze radio station Ignore Radio.
