Starting as a Blues Duo band, The Musket Vine has gone through several line up changes and genres throughout the years. Interestingly, front man, Mahonry Alejando Tovar has always been the one leading the composition of music and direction of the band.
All of the bands music, for the majority, was recorded and composed by the front man. From the first singles and EP’s all the way up to the albums. It has been recorded and produced by him. Self taught, then formally educated to turn into the music we know today.
“The band” comes from the fact that the music is translated from studio to stage by the current members.
