The Okay is a new wave alternative band based in Louisville, KY. The group's official lineup includes Nick Alexander (guitar), Zach Alexander (vocals), John Oliver (bass), and Paul Schloss (drums). The Okay's signature sound explores modern alternative tendencies with a retrospective blend of synthesizers and chorus-steeped guitars. Their debut EP Latency was released in November of 2020 while the band connected to a growing fanbase through a run of blogs and podcasts. The Okay will be spending 2022 playing for live audiences and recording their next EP.
