Founded in the late '70s by 4 schoolboys, The Pedestrians had humble beginnings. Originally, they covered various songs from influential artists such as the Undertones and U.K. Subs, which later had a clear effect on their style. The band was lead by Scog Misfit on the lead vocals, with Simon Horobin on the keyboard/guitar, Paul Henshaw on the guitar and Keir Husband on the drums. Their debut single Walk It was their greatest success, featuring on John Peel's Radio 1 show to thousands of listeners.
