The Polar Tree is a Barcelona-based Post-Punk group consisting of Alex Robles (Guitar + Backing Vocals), Marcos Gimeno (Guitar), and Ricard Fusté (Bass/Drums + Lead Vocals). With a sound characterized by dark undertones and razor-sharp guitars, the band blends influences from the 80s and 90s with elements from the contemporary music scene, yet maintaining a distinctive essence born from the diverse musical backgrounds each member has absorbed throughout their lives.
Having previously played together in other formations, the band's shared musical history adds a sense of camaraderie to their performances, contributing to the strength of their current project.
