The Primary Objective

The Primary Objective has a new song released on all music streaming platforms. It’s unashamedly a piece of musical theatre. In a previous existence as a music teacher I was involved in a production of Blood Brothers which as it was touring at the time we were unfortunately not allowed to use the two key songs from it: Easy Terms and Tell Me It’s Not True. I decided to write new original songs to cover these gaps in the play and this was the song to replace Easy Terms. I may not have the genius of Willy Russell but I was pleased with the result especially as I wrote it in one night. The song features excellent musical performances by Natalia Leaper on lead vocals and Katie Western and Olivia Crawley on backing vocals.
