The Redmoon Band (TRMB) hail from south-west Los Angeles, close to the borders of both Long Beach and Orange County. Gigging hard in LB and the OC since early 2021, they made their LA debut at the Viper Room in September 2022.
TRMB, musically, is heavily influenced by hard driving guitar rock of the 60’s and 70’s; rock music that is not pop, not overtly blues based, not neoclassical, prog or metal. Aerosmith, for example, gave a nod to the blues while utilizing hooks and melodies of popular music but with an intensity and drive that sounded nothing like popular music. While (early) Aerosmith is arguably the pioneers of “Hard Rock,” Gun’s and Roses resurrected Hard Rock in the 80’s in the face of metal/hair metal revolution. Allied with their predecessors, TRMB present a catalog of songs that are satiated by powerful vocals that sit atop non-stop guitar riffing and blues based soloing (a la, Perry & Slash), anchored by a rhythm section that gives nose bleeds for free! Rest assured, TRMB is doing what they can to keep Hard Rock alive and well. Simply, they are very prolific, seasoned, musicians who have wisely crafted songs that - one after another - CRUSH.
The Redmoon Band members include: Brandon Wayne (Guitar, Lead Vocals), Mr. Nick Ellis (Bass Guitar, vocals) and Noah “The Rambler” Schwieger (Drums, Percussion, Vocals).
