The Saturday Tea are a psych-rock band from Warsaw, Poland.
The group - founded by childhood friends - is on their never ending quest for catchy melodies and original sounds. Their toolset is modest: vocals, guitars, amps and a drum kit.
The band’s style is easily spotted even on their debut work "This Is Over" EP (2012) that quickly became popular on the Polish alternative scene and later on "Shindig" LP (2014) that led them to play at major Polish Festivals (OFF Festival, Opener Festival, Soundrive) and SXSW among other festivals. In 2019 they released their second LP "Quicksilver Dreams", packed with distorted dreamy experiments and juicy pop collages.
The Saturday Tea are Jan Wiśniewski (vocals/guitar) and Aleksander Makowski (vocals/guitar).
