Uzi Ramirez and Alon Lotringer, two of the most prominent figures in the Israeli music scene, first met in High School while they were two Jazz and Blues loving tykes.
Now they're teaming up for a new joint project - The Scarlet.
Their first release - Groove it On Me - was inspired by the father figures of Groove and Funk (such as James Brown, Funkadelic, Sly & The Family Stone, Prince and more).
The song first saw light as the opening theme for the successful television show "Shababnikim" and now it's out in an extended, swag drenched version, accompanied by a humoristic video which takes us through the realms of the absurd and bizarre.
Put on your dancing shoes and sway to the groove.
