THE SECRET SEA (Amit Erez) is known for his distinct guitar fingerpicking and emotional delivery.
"The Secret Sea" originally took form as a band led by Erez in 2010. In 2015 the band broke up and Erez kept the name as his solo identity.
2016 saw the release of "Everest", recorded and mixed at Jackpot! Studio by Larry Crane (Elliott Smith, Sleater Kinney, Pavement among others). Since then Amit has been recording and mixing at home. November 2024 will see the release of a new EP titled “The One Who Waits”.
His influences include the likes of Sparklehorse, Elliott smith, Deus, Gravenhurst & Beach House.
