Shoegaze/dream-pop project out of Dallas, Tx created in the fall of 2014 by Juan Vargas. While writing material for the two-song s/t EP, he enlisted Katie Smith to do backup vocals for both songs. No such duets, however, were found on his 6-song follow-up EP "Our Memories Are All We Have Left" in 2016. But on the upcoming EP "Jubilee" (out March 2020 on Here Is Nowhere Records), Vargas has collaborated with musicians spanning from Texas to Japan. The new EP blends his dream-pop style with more ambient and electronic elements and is sure to please fans of Slowdive and Deerhunter, but on a smaller scale.
