Sexophonics is a band that was created with the aim of rewarding and highlighting the music that accompanied the so-called adult movies, the erotic movies, soft core or sometimes even with the Greek term "tsontes". Back then, these movies had great music and script. Nowadays these favorite melodies travel alone, forgotten, without the images accompanying them anymore. They need a fresher look!
Sexophonics, with love and boldness, adapt these melodies without taboos as these movies were without taboos. As a result, there are adaptations in completely different musical styles. Classic rock succeeds house, disco, and funk without any suspensions.
What is the goal of this project? To discover unknown melodies, to recall forgotten music that lived discredited for so many years due to his participation in these "inappropriate" films… And maybe in the end we will manage to feel the same sweet feeling we felt the first time we heard them.
