The Spirit Remains has evolved from Northern MN band, "9LVS" & North Dakota based band "Phoenix Rises" which has played hundreds of shows throughout the region. Some of the best musicians have joined collectively in these bands and projects. Many musicians have joined in for the on-the-road & studio musicianship. Some songs were written in 2012, but not released until now.
