The Stone Blues was losely formed 2013 i Falkenberg Sweden, more as a joke. Hardcore metalheads, Mr Beer guitar, Mr Scotch bass and Mr Bourbon drums, with no clue of blues or jazz, should now try to play with low gain and with open chords.
That approach went down the drain from the start on our first album, Close Enough from 2014. And that same approach has been the theme on all 10 albums!
Thats why we call us The Stone Blues. We like to mix different styles. From heavy to jazz. If the feeling is right its close enough for us. Hope you think the same. Cheers.
