The Sunwrecks are a rock band from Kansas City, MO. Formed by two brothers and their best friends, they perform high energy, riff heavy, soulful original tunes. The brothers grew up in a gospel family band that toured the U.S. for 7 years. After that they formed their own bands and have performed for the last 15 years. Separately they have been on NBC’s The Voice, opened for national acts such as Mewithoutou, From Indian Lakes, The Greeting Committee, and their individual music production has been featured on HBO programming. Their initial single “I Don’t Mind” has been compared to seasoned artists such as Jerry Clark Jr., The White Keys, and Arcade Monkeys.
