The Surfbirds

Mexican indie rock - influenced band that started off as a concept ideated by Luis Guillen (vocals / lead guitar) back in 2018, whom eventually recruited his old friends, Jose Luis (rhythm guitar), Juan Pablo (bass), and Ricardo (drums) to make it a reality.


The Surfbirds recorded and launched their first single 'Radio City' in November 2020, in the middle of an uncertain world. Even with the challenges of today's reality and the physical miles separating them, their project is alive, well as they're writing and recording new songs that will be continuously released for the time being, until the chance of showing off their music in live format eventually comes.





Banda mexicana con influencias de indie rock que comenzó como un concepto ideado por Luis Guillén (voz / guitarra principal) en 2018, quien finalmente reclutó a sus viejos amigos, José Luis (guitarra rítmica), Juan Pablo (bajo) y Ricardo (batería), para hacerlo realidad.


Los Surfbirds grabaron y lanzaron su primer sencillo 'Radio City' en noviembre de 2020, en medio de un mundo incierto. Incluso con los desafíos de la realidad actual y los kilómetros físicos que los separan, su proyecto sigue más que vivo; siguen escribiendo y grabando nuevas canciones que serán lanzadas continuamente por el momento, hasta que la oportunidad de mostrar su música en vivo llegue eventualmente.
