The Third Arrangement

The Third Arrangement, led by songwriter Nathan MacAdams, blends elements of jazz, rock, indie pop, and occasional funk. MacAdams and his band carefully craft the sound for each song, using anywhere from 2 to 7 pieces - from a drum kit and keys, to a full horn section ensemble. The lyrics explore a variety of themes, including sardonic commentary, reflections on relationships, and peculiar observations on everyday life. Their debut EP “Scarecrows” was released in November 2019, and they have been recording and releasing songs ever since.
