The Tranquils are a high energy Rock band from Scotland and with their loud sound and crowd control they are truly giving fans of good music something to look for. The Band was originally called the Novacaine's, however, the lead guitarist Rory and singer Matthew were able to re-brand to The Tranquils in late 2024.
Matthew put out a facebook ad for muscian's wanted in Scotland and that's where we met Murray the Drummer and Callum the Bassist. Later on after our rhythm guitarists departure Kurtis joined, since then the band has took flight.
The band's lyrics are written to be relatable by everyone, especially young people in Scotland. More melodic songs contain deeper topics of life, often using metaphors, whereas higher energy songs contrarily have themes of good old-fashioned Rock N Roll.
