The band was formed in autumn 2020. The founding meeting took place in Gdańsk Oliwa, near the old water forge, hence the name of the group. The Waterforge was founded by three songwriters who have been writing songs for their projects and bands for years. The main idea is to play and sing our own songs (new or already performed in other bands) on acoustic instruments in a simple folk style.
