Blending elements of progressive metalcore, deathcore and djent such as downtuned, syncopated groovy riffs and pulverizing breakdowns, The Wind Covenant bring it up a notch with their massively dramatic melodic sections, soothing vocal melodies and evocative soundscapes.
The band debuted in 2020 with the single "Damnation" featuring Born Of Osiris' Lee McKinney and released its debut EP "Conjuration" in 2022. The new single, "The Wonders We Leave Behind", is the first song off the upcoming EP "Hiraeth", where the band expanded on their metalcore and deathcore roots by incorporating elements from melodic hardcore, blackgaze, emo and classical music. "Hiraeth" is set to release via Seek & Strike Records in March 2024.
