The Wrong Results are a three-piece punk rock band out of Southwest Texas from a small town on the Texas/Mexico border called Eagle Pass (El Aguilòn). Playing their own brand of "Bordertown Punk" these guys have been writing original music since their inception, Leap Day of 2012. Their sound is a boisterous blend of Skate Punk, Garage Rock and Mexican Hardcore. They owe their influence to heavyweights like Millencolin, Bad Religion, Lagwagon, 30FootFall, DRI and Propagandhi. The band relies on catchy, almost hypnotic guitar rhythms driven by fast percussive d-beat, accompanied with melodic harmonies on top to create a sound that edges the line of raw, yet refined. They, alongside bands like The Code 88's (Del Rio) and Longfall (Laredo), form the Bordertown Punk Rock scene of the valley. The band plays all across Texas, but is mostly active in San Antonio. They served a short stint in Houston from 2015-2019, but ultimately returned to their hometown roots during the pandemic. The band has released 3 EP's, 2 Singles, and their debut self-titled album, "The Wrong Results" as of 2023. They are currently writing and expected to record their second full-length album in 2026.
