The Yarras are an indie-rock band who formed at school just playing music for fun. The four young lads from North Hertfordshire quickly became popular through headline gigs at Club 85 and supporting other artists, which has allowed a dedicated and ever growing fanbase to flourish. Their latest release, Ultraviolet Lights, is an upbeat and fast pace indie-rock tune that is about miss communication in relationships. It has been inspired from bands and artists such as the Arctic Monkeys, The Wombats and Two Door Cinema Club. Overall, the four man team, who have amazing chemistry both on and off stage, have a sound that is made to set the summer mood through their cool grooves, sweet guitar melodies, punchy bass lines and catchy lyrics.
