The Yellow Reds

With a not too sofisticated, but spontaneous artistic vein, The Yellow Reds is embraced of contemporaneous youth's restlessness, that one that, even depressed due to living in a globalized society immersed in liquid modernity, need to live something more touchable. The band are: Rafael Delavie [vocals/guitar], Mariana Eboli [vocals], Rafael Duarte [guitar], Nathan Troffeli [drums] and Rafael Cordeiro [bass]. Delavie brought to TYR your lyrics that dissect themes such as, melancholy, loneliness, existential crisis, anxiety, platonic love and restlessness through narratives of experiences, desires, dreams and above all, the coexistence with a casual feeling of insignificance above them. Such narratives follows harmonies and atmospheres, sometimes strong, sometimes sensible ones. Musically, the band has influenced by the late 90's and 2000's Garage Rock scene, compound by bands such as @The Strokes, @Arctic Monkeys, @The White Stripes and @Dinosaur Jr.

Barely started 2024 and the long awaited single 'I need to be with you' arrieved, containing a lot of swing in rithms, a notorious presence of crystalline guitar riffs and a strong bass groove. Bringing a fresh, nostalgic and dancing sound, the song tells about a restlessness of someone who realized that needs to live the love in the present, like who free yourself from summers of platonic emotions.
