This is a band named THE. THE is an alternative rock, indie rock, pop rock, punctual rock, and just straight up rock band from Lancaster, PA. What is Punctual Rock you ask? In short, THE is a hard working band that is easy to work with, reliable, and always fun to watch! THE was created in July 2015 by Brendan Quinn & James Benson. The addition of Jake Joyce and Jeff Fuhrman in 2018 has rounded out the lineup to be an experienced group of musicians and offers an eclectic mix of musical influence.

THE regularly plays shows all over PA including Philadelphia, Lancaster and other points west. THE is currently in the process of self-recording/producing their third EP and are in the process of booking shows along the East Coast.

Here are some notable achievements of 2018/2019:

Partnering with Lancaster non-profit, Music for Everyone, and performing monthly shows in downtown Lancaster which raise awareness and funding for music education and community arts.

Playing the Chameleon Club main-stage in Lancaster, PA for the 2018 Launch Music Festival as well as a standalone show earlier this year.

For fans of Foo Fighters / The Band / the Beatles / the Killers / Hall and Oates / Stone Temple Pilots / Jimmy Eat World / etc.
