Third Nature’s unique blend of rock, house, hip-hop, and downtempo is bringing taste and originality to the world of live electronic music. Founding members Merrick Noyes (keyboards/vocals) Will Dowling (bass/vocals) and Tom Best (drums) began performing as Third Nature in 2004. The band met vocalist Lilly-Anne Merat in college and moved to Asheville, NC in 2013. Since then, Merat has become a more permanent fixture in the line-up, bringing a soulful lyricism to the band’s historically jam-oriented sound. Their latest album “Slow It Down” showcases the blossoming collaboration between Merat and the original members.
