ThOLe is a rock 'n' roll band based in Fargo, ND formed back in 1995. The band was formed by two long time friends, Justin Helgeson (drums) and Matt Newman (vocals) and Justin's dad, Lyle Helgeson (guitars/vocals/bass).
ThOLe recorded their first album, ThOLe: Pronounced Tole, in 1996. The follow up album, 'Monkey Boulevard', was completed in 1999. The long awaited 3rd album, 'Black Syringe' was completed in 2014. ThOLe's lastest release, 'Histamine', is now available. Jake Gillette (guitars/vocals) joined ThOLe back in 2001. Matt Newman left the band back in 2001. There have been various bass guitar players throughout the years, including Jared Helgeson, Jon Ryan and the most recent, Zack Frisk.
