Three Minute Mile is a rock band that formed in 2000 at Indiana University in Bloomington, IN. The band is lead by singer / songwriters Jason Swift and Mike Stocksdale with Justin Seidenberg on drums / percussion and Justin Leone on bass guitar. Once touted “Best Band in Bloomington” by the Indiana Daily Student, Three Minute Mile disbanded in 2003 but got back together in 2017 for a string of midwest reunion shows.
In their short time as a band, 3MM sold out shows throughout the Midwest, and performed with many notable artists such as Foo Fighters, Michelle Branch, New Pornographers, OAR and OKGO. Most notably, they performed at Farm Aid 2001 with Willie Nelson, Neil Young, John Mellencamp, Dave Matthews, Doobie Brothers, and Martini McBride.
