In 1996 the Rock Band Marble Orchard had high hopes in their move from Iowa to San Francisco. Along the way they broke down at the Great Salt Lake and for 6 years they disappeared. In 2003, they were found playing in San Francisco under a new name Through Walls with many of the original members comprising the group. The introspective, thoughtful lyrics remained but the elaborate arrangements, the moody dark guitar had been replaced with a more mature, upbeat perspective.
