Tigre X9T

Dominican rapper, born in Mao, Dominican Republic, January 11, 1986. Based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The meaning behind the name Tigre X9T is 2 parts. First Tigre meaning tiger but in DR it is also slang for a hustler or smart ass. And X9T is short for Exit 9 of the New Jersey Turnpike. Which is where I attended middle school and high school. It is also where I met my wife and most of my inner circle. I served 8 years in the Marine Corps (2010 to 2018) with 1 tour to Afghanistan for Operation Enduring Freedom in 2012. I am a songwriter with a big focus on punchlines and double entendres. I like when I listen to a song and catch different meanings to certain bars. Hope you enjoy my music.
