Tim Klaver

Tim Klaver was raised on the countryside of Emmer-Compascuum, located in the Netherlands. He started playing guitar from the moment he could walk and learned to play and sing songs by himself with the loyal help of his dad.

At primary school he tried to found his first band and eventually at the age of 14 he succeeded. With his friends he started the group ‘Sunday’ which fell apart after a couple of great years. From that point on the rock band ‘12AM’, settled in Klazienaveen, was founded in 2017 where Tim was the guitarist, singer and songwriter. The debut album ‘Just a Matter of Time’ launched on the 1st of June in 2018, followed by the singles ‘The Kings’ Nation’ on January 24 and ‘A Beautiful Monday’ on the 1st of May in 2022. These were the run-up to a new album, but after a pause it never came to be.

At the end of 2020 Tim grabbed his acoustic guitar and started off on a new adventure. To keep himself busy he came up with the ‘One Minute Sunday Songs’ where he puts a one minute cover of a song on his social media on Sundays. Behind the scenes a lot of new own songs are written and hard work is being put in a solo career. From 2022 Tim is also to be found playing live at all sorts of venues and festivals.
This is only the beginning. Where there’s a will, there’s a way!
