New York City’s Tim Robert is driven to create compelling, cutting edge electronic music and bring it to live audiences. Called “one of the USA’s brightest stars” by Release Promo DJ Pool, Tim appeared at the prestigious Amsterdam Dance Event festival and his productions and remixes have been released on respected labels such as Clinque Recordings, Asymmetric Recordings and Balkan Connection. Tim has performed both in the U.S. and internationally, and shared bills with top-tier artists such as Hernán Cattáneo, Cid Inc, Guy Mantzur and Marcelo Vasami.
Tim is also a founding member of NYC electronic rock band <a href="spotify:artist:1ZUOF4sg2qcNvTpVnaiLcm" data-name="Dream Prescription">Dream Prescription</a>, whose fall 2023 singles "Get the Picture" and "Start Over Again" have notched more than 40k streams on Spotify.
Originally a rock guitarist/vocalist/songwriter, Tim’s bands toured the U.S. in the early 90s; he then wrote music and lyrics for rock theater in the late 90s and early 2000s. After hearing Sasha and Digweed and many other Global Underground artists at the legendary NYC clubs Twilo and Arc, Tim was inspired by the sonic adventurousness and emotional power of electronic dance music, and ultimately turned to producing and DJing. With a strong drive to continually move forward, Tim continues his quest to push the envelope in developing his own unique style.
