TimecodE is a Chilean death metal band with origins dating back to 1994. They unified their concept and musical direction in 1999. Since then, this extreme metal act has been recognized for its continuous compositional development. Although their beginnings were rooted in Swedish death metal, the band gradually incorporated dissonances, rhythm changes and complex structures into their sound, aiming to complement their lyrical concept that delves into mental disorders and schizophrenia.
TimecodE will release their fifth studio album, "La Ruptura Del Equilibrio", on February 21, 2025. This new album was developed in collaboration with Chilean musician and producer Igor Leiva, known for his contributions with Poema Arcanvs, Mar de Grises, and Capilla Ardiente. With this release, the band enters on a new phase, diving even deeper into their dark sound. The album promises an intense musical experience that pushes the boundaries of rationality.
