Tin Pot Clay Man is the musical project of Gaurav Jaswal, an Indian-Australian songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and producer from Melbourne (Naarm), Australia. His modernised post-punk sound fuses raw emotion, dry wit and quiet provocation with a sprinkle of pop and a rock n roll edge.
Having recently spent the past two years away from home, including his first ever UK/EU tour last year, TPCM is returning to Australia with his debut full length album through hometown label, Honeyglider Records (releasing Thursday, 28th August). Containing lead singles 'Lonely Island' and 'Ego', the LP is fully produced, mixed and mastered by TPCM himself. Lyrically offering sharp observations wrapped in atmosphere and ambiguity, this is music for the dislocated, the thoughtful and the searching. His latest single 'Outside' is a raw, high-energy post-punk tune that provides new depth, fresh urgency and a refined vision, and it's available to stream everywhere now!
