Sweet, caring, yet extremely clueless, the pop-sensational Tina Binkle is a new yet incredibly famous pop star. The young singer-songwriter and producer rose to fame within weeks and has achieved high status and popularity solely by her debut album! But although she may enjoy the success and stardom, many critics and musicians has critically panned her music. Many are unfavourable with her music, with criticism going towards her vocals and production. Some people even say that she is an industry plant. How did this all happen? Tina was always a musical kid growing up. Every time her school hosted a talent show, she would sign up and sing covers to her favourite songs. It wasn’t until when she turned 19 when someone from RoTrax Records spotted her singing in a pub, and invited her into a studio. Tina always had the dream career of becoming a pop star, and had written several songs throughout her high school years. The moment she entered the studio, she chose to have complete control over production and songwriting. Since she already had songs written down, production was quick. After finishing, she sent a demo tape to the record label and RoTrax (begrudgingly) approved the album. Her eponymous album was released and promoted with heavy marketing. At first, sales were slow. However, in a turn of events, the album’s sales quickly skyrocketed and the album managed to debut at #1 on the album charts; which was where the album would stay for 15 consecutive weeks.
