Titia G

Born and raised in Rome, Italy in the late 90s, Titia grew up singing in a church choir following her mum’s steps. Her passion for music brought her to take Hip Hop and Funky dancing lessons when she was only 7 years old. “Dancing was cheaper than singing lessons. Mum couldn’t afford that, so I kept on singing in church.”
Titia decided to move to London to follow her dream when she was only 18 years old. “ I didn’t know anyone, I didn’t have a job, my English wasn’t great, I simply did it. I am a warrior, mama taught me to be one of them.”
Emotionally inspired by Amy Winehouse, Aaliyah, Whitney Houston, Tina Turner, Michael Jackson, Elisa, Giorgia, Renato Zero and Loredana Berte’, Titia started to think about a revival of the 80s and 90s music scene, blending lyrically the Italian with the English. “I have never seen an Italian artist doing this. I think I can make the difference.”
