Tito Oprandi (1940 - 2000) è stato un poliedrico musicista nell'ambito folcloristico Bergamasco Lombardo del nord Italia. Fisarmonicista e sassofonista. Conosciuto anche come il menestrello della valle Brembana, è stato il fondatore del gruppo popolare "Me, Lü e chèl'Oter" e delle "Voci Brembane". Instancabile ricercatore e divulgatore di canti popolari del territorio. Autorevole e stimato autore di canzoni in dialetto bergamasco e in Italiano.
