Tj Hartmann

TJ Hartmann has studied music and percussion for 24 years. Participating and teaching the Marching Percussion community for the past 14 years; he’s had the opportunity to march with The Glassmen Drum and Bugle Corps and Rhythm-X Indoor Percussion Ensemble. Incorporating this experience into his drum-set approach, TJ prides his playing on versatility. Universal applications coupled with dynamic musicianship have been the cornerstone of his playing.

More recently, TJ was able to write and tour with the formerly known national touring Pop-Rock band: NEEDMORE. During which time, his playing can be heard on 3 studio albums. Since parting ways with the band, TJ has been working from his home studio providing studio quality drum-tracks for Artists across the county. Additionally, TJ has been hired on as a Songwriter and Producer for the newly founded Static Flight Music Group based in Nashville, TN. TJ has also been called upon to fill roles in touring bands crossing genres from Country-Pop, DJ/Live Drums, Rock-Pop, Jazz, and EDM/Dubstep. TJ has had the honor of joining artist rosters for many prestigious companies including: Pearl Drum Corp, Meinl Cymbals, and EVANS Drumheads.
