TKB Spike (born Anthony Tsikata) born 15th May ,1997 is a Ghanaian rapper, singer, and songwriter making waves in Hip Hop and Afro-fusion. Awarded New Artiste of the Year at the 2020 Tema Entertainment Awards, he blends raw lyricism with smooth Afro energy to create music that uplifts, inspires, and electrifies.
