" Working with Ditto Distribution and my marketing and entertainment people has been fantastic! " Todd Dube.
Todd is 59 years old, has a wife and two daughters, two cats and a small (really small) recording studio believe it or not in his bedroom! Yes, you read correctly...his bedroom. When he records he moves the bedding aside and sets up the recording units and computers. When it's time for bed he packs everything up and pulls out the bedding. His songs amazingly are recorded right in that bedroom. He does all the instruments using computers and adds his vocals in the end. Todd also does his own background vocals, writes his own material, arranges it, and produces it as well.
Todd has been a musician for a good part of his life. He started by practicing with garage bands and later touring. He left the road to release a self titled album that caught the attention of Sony Music. Unfortunately, Todd missed that golden opportunity because of bad advice from his manager leading Todd to make the decision to work on his own. Eventually, he created his bedroom studio and continued recording.
Todd is a kind and good natured person who enjoys recording and having people listen to his music. He says, "if it makes them happy -- I'm happy."
Todd hopes to maybe someday be picked up by a Major Label. Great aspirations Todd. Keep up the excellent work!
