Tødn’s sound is unique and mesmerizing and with it she captures her audience. Tødn’s songs are heartfelt stories from her own life. Her danish lyrics are inspired by her travels, people she has met along the way, the hard times and all the good times.


Her full name is Sara Tornøe Tødten. She has been singing from a young age. Up until now tødn has been supporting and accompanying prominent musicians, but now she is ready to stand alone.
Tødn has a very strong team with her: Award-winning cowriter and producer Susanne Ørum, the popular saxofonist, Pernille Bevort, Morten Ankarfeldt, Jesper Uno Kofoed, Thomas Maintz and Kristian Marcussen and all songs are recorded live in legendary studio Sweet Silence in Copenhagen by Flemming Rasmussen.


Parachute ‘faldskærm’ is a song about being grateful. Grateful that we can help and support each other.
The power that comes from being vulnerable, and the strength we get from reaching out.
The song tries to capture the feeling of being stronger than what our bodies tells us.
