Tom Foe

Tom Foe is the long-term solo songwriting project of Jay A. Baker, an interdisciplinary artist enamored with connections with place. Themes of beauty, texture, and ache spin threads throughout their work to create unique and cared-for indie songs full depth, love, and mystery. Many songs lean shoegaze, others alt-country, but most blend genres into very intriguing indie/singer-songwriter forms that manage to erode those increasingly meaningless genre boundaries.
